How do I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Head to Billing & Subscription in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
When am I charged for Pro?
Pro is charged immediately when you complete signup — there is no free trial. You can cancel any time from Billing.
How do I request credential review?
Credential review is optional. Upload your qualifications, insurance, or workspace photos from your profile editor. See how verification works.
How do I report an issue with a client?
Email therapists@massagegods.com with the client's WhatsApp number (or the contact event from your dashboard) and a short description. Serious safety concerns are actioned same-day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from Billing & Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
