This document is our formal statement of the nature of the content on our platform, intended for payment processors, ad networks, compliance reviewers, and the general public.
1. Nature of the service
- We list licensed, professional, and credentialed massage and bodywork practitioners.
- The services offered through our directory are therapeutic in nature — Swedish, deep-tissue, sports, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and similar modalities.
- We do not list, advertise, host, or facilitate any form of adult, erotic, or sexual services. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full prohibition.
2. Jurisdiction
MassageGods is an Australian business operating an Australian professional directory. This policy, and the Service generally, are governed by Australian law. Identification documents collected from Therapists are retained strictly for professional and account-holder verification.
3. Photo standards
- Therapist photos must depict the practitioner in professional context.
- No nudity. No imagery focused on genitals, buttocks, or sexual posing.
- No imagery suggesting sexual availability.
- Photos must be of the actual practitioner, recent (within 12 months), and accurate.
- Every uploaded photo is manually reviewed by our moderation team before it goes live.
4. Text standards
- Profile bios and service descriptions are screened for prohibited keywords and patterns.
- Any reference to erotic services, "extras", "happy ending", or equivalent terms (including coded language) results in immediate rejection and may lead to permanent ban.
5. Enforcement
We act on suspected violations through a combination of pre-publication review, automated screening, post-publication moderation, and user reports. Confirmed violations of this Content Policy result in immediate removal and, in serious cases, permanent account termination and forfeiture of any prepaid subscription fees.
6. Reporting
If you believe content on the Service violates this policy, report the listing using the "Report this listing" link on the profile, or email compliance@massagegods.com. We investigate every report.
