MassageGods respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws in other jurisdictions.
1. Designated agent

2. Filing a takedown notice
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on MassageGods where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may expose you to liability.
3. What we do after a valid notice
- We remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- We notify the user who posted the material and provide a copy of the notice.
- The user may submit a counter-notice (see below).
4. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia (or, if you reside outside Australia, the courts of your place of residence), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the use of the material.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
